He is survived by: his wife Cindy Jeffords; his children, Michelle Derby (Wayne), Amanda Cheek (Derrick), Joshua Carneal (Carolina), Daniel Shirley (Ellie) and Stormy Carneal (Cheyenne); his grandchildren, Alex, Trey, Chris, Christin (Josh), Georgia, Cynthia, Jeremiah, Jameson and Liam; his great grandchild Summerlynn; his sisters, Faye Chalk and Brenda King; and his nieces and nephews, Frances King (Ricky), Shirley Jenkins (Ronald), Mary King, Danny Jeffords, Terry Chalk (Cindy) and Robert King.
