She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Barry Flood and Ruby Inez Funkhouser Flood; her husband Tim Phillips; her son Dennis Wayne Bailey; and her brother John Flood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Williamson and Kathy Currie (Byron); her grandchildren, Jessica Strautnieks, Adam Currie, Tina Kirby (Tink), Victoria Frazier (Jacob), Samantha Bailey (Evan) and Clayton Bailey; and her brother Jerry Flood (Inge). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
