Glenn Murray Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2024, at the age of 81, Glenn Murray of Zebulon, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Murray and Marian Stallings Murray; and his uncle Dwain Stallings. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Proctor Murray; his children, Denise Wood (Gary) of Zebulon, Melissa Murray Simpson of Wake Forest and Christopher Proctor Murray of Zebulon; and his siblings, Connie Hull of Tarboro, Cindy Orr of Wilson and Richard Murray (Mary) of Spring Hope. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
