He was predeceased by: his father Worth Bagley O'Neal; his son Jason Garrett O'Neal; and his sister-in-law Susan Bunn Boykin. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Bunn O'Neal; his daughter Jennifer O'Neal; his grandchildren, Cameron, Hannah, Natalie and Lily; his siblings, Richard O'Neal (Donna), Wayne O'Neal (Karen) and Donna O'Neal Newsome (Greg); and his brothers-in-law, Michael Bunn (Valerie), Robert Bunn (Diane) and Anthony Boykin (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
