She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Horton Sr. and Vivian Adcock Horton of Bunn; and her siblings, Laura Perry of New Hope, Willie Horton Jr. (Pete) of Bunn and Vivian C. Horton.
She is survived by: her husband Garry Massey; her children, Karen Holland (William), Steven Massey (Jill) and Sherrie Towne (Brian) of Zebulon, NC.; her grandchildren, Jeremy Holland (Brooke), Ashley Vause (Derrick), Faith Holloman (Charlie) and Jarrett Towne; her great grandchildren, Taylor Grace, Elliott Holland, Lincoln and George Vause; and her siblings, Kannie Perry, Jewel Mullen, Faye Cash, Freddie Horton (Jane) and Milton Horton (Connie).
