He was predeceased by: his father William Love Osborne Jr. (Jack). He is survived by: his significant other Kelly Hayes Osborne; his children, Sydney Love Osborne (Jack Roward) and William Love Osborne IV (Makenna Huffman); his mother Annette Ellis Osborne; and his siblings, Stephanie Osborne Hickey (Jack Hickey), Curtis Hall Osborne (Brenda Osborne) and Lynette Osborne Chambers (Brent Chambers). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
