She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Picot and Charles Picot; her husband Ellsworth Hing; and her siblings, Helen Bennett and Don Picot.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Hing, Jeanette House (Gerald) and Tom Hing (Tammy); her brother Jim Picot (Maureen); and her pet Izzy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
