He is survived by: his wife Pat Hawkins of Youngsville, NC; his son Jesse Hawkins (Angela) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Ruby, Leo, Juno, Jonah and Alex; and his siblings, Darvey Hawkins of Youngsville, NC and Margie Forrest of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
