She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Walters and Mae Wheeler Boyer-Cooper; and her brother William Leon Walters. She is survived by: her husband Michael Lee Gilmore of Youngsville, NC; and her daughter Ruth Michelle Holroyd of Pinehurst, NC..
