He was predeceased by: his father Billy Leon Icenogle, Sr.; and his grandparents, Edward P. McElderry, James Delbert Icenogle, Ruth and Tony Humphrey.
He is survived by: his mother Cynde McElderry Mitchell; his daughter Abigael Icenogle; his girlfriend Donna Dames; his siblings, Rebecca Mitchell, Billy Leon Icenogle Jr., William Mitchell and Walter Mitchell Jr.; and his grandmother Doreen Creviston.
