He is survived by: his wife Alice Paul Johnson; his daughters, Paula Johnson Carter (Philip) of Youngsville and Johnna Johnson Stephenson (Rich) of Youngsville; his grandsons, Steven Thomas Eaddy of Raleigh and Michael Joseph Eaddy of Raleigh; and his pet Happy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
