She was predeceased by: her mother Estelle Reid; and her caregiver Ester. She is survived by: her brother Walter Reid; her daughter Danielle Kwakye-Berko; and her grandchildren, Afua and Kwadwo Kwakye-Berko.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Raleigh Memorial Park (7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
