Madkins (William) of Semora, NC; and her close friends, Latosha Graves, Melissa Leopold, Chevette Madden and Felicia Cunningham. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 2:00 to 7:00PM in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time. (Per CDC Guidelines: Facial Masks are required).
