We bid farewell to Thomas Davis of Yanceyville, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 27, 2024 at the age of 86. Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dameron Davis and Harriet Tharrington Davis; and his siblings, Harold, Bill, Bettye (Benton), Charles and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Pittard; his daughters, Nancy Hayes (Lawton) and Sarah Carter (Ross); his granddaughters, Rebecca Carter Powell (Ryan) and Mary Catherine Carter Beck (Dalton); and his great grandchild Mckenzie Powell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:50 PM at the Yanceyville Presbyterian Church (125 W Church St, Yanceyville, NC 27379). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
