She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie James Fuller and Augusta Inge Fuller; her husband Theodore Long; her sister Mabel Carter; and her daughter Theresa Woods.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Fitzgerald (Victoria), Denise Williamson (Errol), Shelia Fitzgerald and Kenise Carter of Newport News, Virginia; and her nephew Gary Carter. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty two great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church (1588 Shady Grove Rd, Providence, NC 27315). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the same location.
