With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Loretta Williams Foster of Yanceyville, North Carolina, born in Thomasville, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Williams, Sr. and Corine Johnson Williams; her husband Aubrey Nelson Foster, Sr.; and her brothers, Johnny Williams and Charlie Williams, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Erica Dawn Foster (Jewel) of St. Louis, Missouri, Audra Foster Downey of Durham, Audrey Lynnell Foster (Eugene) of Durham and Aubrey Nelson Foster, Jr. (Katina) of North East, Maryland; her stepdaughters, Felicia Ann Washington of Chapel Hill and Yvonne Warthen (Eddie) of Pensacola, Florida; her sister Margaret Perry of Eden; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Redding of Yanceyville and Norma Foster of Yanceyville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John & Juanita's. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home (219 Dillard School Dr, Yanceyville, NC 27379). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mineral Springs Baptist Church (774 Mineral Springs Rd, Pelham, NC 27311). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at the Blackwell Baptist Church Cemetery (4777 U. S. Hwy 158 W, Yanceyville, NC 27379).
