He is survived by: his daughter Casey Dickens of Folly Beach, SC; his stepchildren, Michelle Hall of Danville, VA and Harold Hall of Danville, VA; his siblings, Walter Dickens of Tulsa, OK and Brenda Watkins of Yanceyville, NC; and his granddaughter Ivy Dickens.
