He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Totten and Alice Randolph Totten Williams; and his brother James Alexander Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffrey Williams and Ann Williams of Greensboro, NC; his sister-in-law Valencia Williams of Greensboro, NC; his nieces and nephews, James WIlliams Jr., Amir Kelly, Zyan Jones, Ryan L. Jones, Victoria Williams and Leigh Jones; his aunt Jean Totten of Pelham, NC; his uncle Billy Randolph of Pelham, NC; and also Alfred Randolph (Felicia) of Yanceyville, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
