She is survived by: her father Thomas Lee Pulliam; her husband Dale Chappell; her children, Julie Brown (Andy) and Joseph Radomski; her stepsons, Timmy Chappell (Mary) of Cherryville, NC and Robert Chappell of Blairsville, PA; her siblings, Lisa Joyner (Dean) and Joseph Pulliam (Kimberly); and her sister-in-law Smolka of Blairsville, PA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
