Lewis of Yanceyville, North Carolina, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Douglas Gunnell and Ellen Josephine Gunnell Travis; her grandchild Kyndal Hux; and her brother Douglas Gunnell. She is survived by: her husband Richard Lewis; her daughter Lynda Hux (Joe); her grandchildren, Brooklyn Sykes (Austin) and Landon Hux; and her siblings, Dale Lecik, Patsy Jones and Donnie Gunnell. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and was looking forward to her great-grandson.
