She was predeceased by: her parents, Donnie Ellis Rivenbark and Elizabeth Clark Rivenbark; and her husband Joseph Neal Scruggs, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Scruggs of Providence, N. C., David Scruggs of Providence, N. C., Tim Scruggs of Providence, N. C. and Ricky Scruggs of Providence, N. C.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
