She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Reginald Wade and Georgia Jeffers Wade; her husband Willie Hairston; her daughter Kimberly Usher; her brothers, Kenneth Earl Wade and George Wade; and her grandsons, Kenneth Somers and Dieontra Clark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Wade Thaxton (Charles) of Yanceyville, NC and Beverly Clark of Eden, NC; her brother James O. Wade (Jeanette) of Blanch, NC; and her son-in-law Reginald Usher of Boston, Massachusetts. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
