She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tombo" Cook, Sr.; her children, Virginia Perkinson (Brandan) of Blairs, Virginia, Thomas "Brah" Cook, Jr. (Genie) and Roy Cook (Sherry); her siblings, Martin Allen Baise, Jr. (Shaana), Angela Baise Setliff and Andrew Baise; and her grandchildren, Grace Perkinson, Ryland Perkinson, Skylar Perkinson, Tristan Perkinson, Hailey Cook, Hunter Cook and Hayden Vaden.
