He is survived by: his wife Rosa Pharr Church; his daughters, Amanda Shanks (Kevin), Tracy Bell (Patrick) and Shae Hatcher (Jody); his granddaughters, Ashley Byrd, Alyssa Byrd, Tiffany Bell, Sedessa Hatcher, Amelia Byrd and Sarika Hatcher; and his siblings, Libby Goddard, Phyllis Reeves (Joe), Wayne Church (Jo Anne), Mark Anderson (Michelle) and Neal Anderson (Betty).
