He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lynn Huie and Ronnie Trent. He is survived by: his wife Judie Roberts Blizard; his daughters, Melissa Blizard Boggs (Tim) of Newnan, Georgia and Angela Blizard Spach (Steve) of Clemmons; his grandchildren, Brandon Russell, Alex Spach (Hannah, Zach Spach) and Madison Spach; his great grandchild Hudson Spach; and his siblings, Martha Jo Burleson of Spruce Pine, Tanya B. Huie and Everette E. Blizard III of Lexington. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandson.
