He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Howard Ratledge and Ruby Baity Ratledge; his wife Peggy Porter Ratledge; and his brother Kerman Ratledge. He is survived by: his sisters, Marie Powell and Zella "Susie" Gough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
