He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Owen "Tom" Dunlevy, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Linda Lou Ring Dunlevy; his siblings, Courtney Dunlevy (Scott Sanchez), Micah J. Dunlevy (Karen) and Robbi Dunlevy (Jana); his niece Keira Dunlevy; his nephew Maddox Dunlevy; and his close friend Stephanie Lovette. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
