She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Cook and Gladys Spann Cook. She is survived by: her husband U. E. Martin, Jr.; her children, David Martin (Angela), Doug Martin (Debbie) and Dana Quesinberry (Ronald); her grandchildren, Josh Martin, Brittany Thompson (Matt), Crystal Miller, Amanda Brown, Taylor Martin, Tori Martin, Kolton Quesinberry, Kord Quesinberry and Kacyn Quesinberry; and her sister Blenda Macemore.
