He is survived by: his mother Judy M. Dickens; his friend Faith; his children, Layla Michaels and Bonson "Bo" Michaels NeSmith; his grandfather Billy Wyatt; his sister-in-law Suzanne Barnes (Mana); his stepmother Debbie Michaels; his stepsiblings, Bill Sapp (April), Rebecca Maheshway (Sid), Tina Wells and Temple Kellermann (Brian); his aunts and uncles, Sarah Boles (Joey), Bonnie Hutchens (David), Edith Levan, Shirley Winebarger (Roger), Ruth Steward (David), Linda Lafferty (David), Bob Mickles (Wanda) and Den Mickles; and his close friends, Scott Hayes and Randell Bridges. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
