She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Throckmorton and Ethel Sands Throckmorton; her husband Donald Crews; her son Tony Ray Dixon; and her siblings, David Throckmorton, Rufus Throckmorton and Glenda Throckmorton Edwards.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Smith (Gary); her grandchildren, Mindy Groce and Justin Dixon; and her great grandchild Raelynn Groce.
