We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2023, at the age of 92, Shirley Jane Peeler Rhinehart of Yadkinville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gurney R. Peeler, Sr. and Lola Basinger Peeler; her husband Bruce A. Rhinehart; her sister Lois Gulledge; and her daughter Cynthia Hemmings.
She is survived by: her daughter Patti Morgan (Tim) of Yadkinville; her grandsons, Chris Morgan (Alexis) of East Bend and Jon Morgan (Jessica) of Leander, TX; her great grandchildren, Addison, Carly Jane of East Bend, Hadley and Henry of Leander, TX; and her siblings, Nell Poole (James) of Salisbury and Gurney Peeler, Jr. (Pam) of Wilmington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice or to a charity of your choice in Shirley's memory.
