She was predeceased by: her parent Frances Donald Goodine; and her husband William Russell Maynard (Blankenship). She is survived by: her parent Marcia Elizabeth Linnell Goodine; her children, Dianna Roark (Troy), Joe Maynard (Kim), Debi Cates (Kenny) and Julie Kennedy (Pat); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Benjamin Roark (Brittany), Jerica Nichols (Matt), Zach Maynard, William Maynard (Autumn), Stephanie Maynard, Stacy (Jeff), Sandy, Kim and Tracy; her great grandchildren, Campbell Wall, Fischer Wall, Paisley Roark and Connor Nichols; her siblings, Steven Goodine and Joanne Klug (Jim); and her close friends, Sherry Church and Norma Thompson.
