She was predeceased by: her father Albert Matthew Frazier Jr.; and her husband Cody Edmiston. She is survived by: her mother Treva Johnson Frazier; her children, Chasity Andrews (Garrett Heinrich) and Matthew Andrews (Kristen); and her grandchildren, Andrew Heinrich, Luke Andrews and Jaxon Andrews.
