She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Hoots; and her siblings, Texie Lou Joyner, Beecher Salmons, Leonard Salmons, Ray Salmons, James Salmons, Gray Salmons and George Salmons.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Fox, Clara Martin, Jr. Hoots (Rose) and Nancy Walls; her grandchildren, Cindy Martin, Jill Jester, Teresa Logan, Tina Acree, Tricia Holden, Janel Walls and Nathan Walls; and her sister Vaudeline Doss.
