He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Fregia Ragan and Ross Ragan; and his brother Jim Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Patti Ragan; his siblings, Carolyn, Jerry (Barbara), Ann, Leroy (Kim), Chris, Brenda Henderson (Bobby), Kenny, Pauline and Janet Ramsey (Tommy); his children, Tonya and Treeana; his siblings-in-law, Katherine, Peter Smith, Charles, Kathleen Sutter and Joseph Sutter; and his close friends, Hank, Thelma Durham and Elaine Nance. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
