He is survived by: his children, Alec Wooten (Sonya) and Karen Mitchell; his grandchildren, Casey (Chano Tierrablanca, Sr.), Faith, Autumn Wooten and Danielle Holsclaw (Donny); his great grandchildren, Lilly, Max, Shade, Asher, Scarlett and Violett; and his siblings, Jerry Underwood, Roger Wooten (Sharon) and Ronnie Wooten (Jeanie).
