He is survived by: his wife Alice Sweatman Straughn; his children, Ashley Ostrout, Rhea Straughn and Ricky Straughn (Jessica); his grandchildren, Henry Straughn and Vivian Straughn; his siblings, June Lobdell, Bob Straughn (Josephine) and Sugar Straughn (Gail); and his close friends, Bear, Missy and Chance. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
