He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Church and Eulah Shore Church; his wife Virginia "Ginger" Myers Church; his sisters, Modean Gilbert and Thyra Wagoner; and his great grandchild Carol Lynn Triplett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dale Church Triplett and Anita Church Issa; his grandchildren, Lane Triplett (Candace), Alli Pendergrass (Chris Whitt), Lauren Davis (Shyea) and Nohr Issa; his great grandchildren, Bleu, Landree Pendergrass, Cohen, Merritt Davis and Hendrix Triplett; his brother Wayne Church (Johnette); and his sister-in-law Jonnie Groce.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Yadkin Memorial Gardens (1440 Shacktown Rd, Yadkinville, NC 27055).
