She is survived by: her husband Charles Larry "Pa" Collins; her children, Loretta and Charles Collins; her grandchildren, Hannah Williams Heath, Brad, Cody Collins, Breanna, Luke Williams, Amy Collins Cardwell, Harley and Logan Collins; and her siblings, Phillip, Jean Lyles, Allen, Gayle Lyles, Deborah (Ricky Tilley) and Karen (Dennis Woodring).
