With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phil Long (Yadkinville, North Carolina), who passed away on May 10, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phyllis Long Davis Todd and Donald Gray Long; and his nieces, Donna Mathis, Debbie Davis and Patricia Gentry.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Swaim Long; his sons, Dr. Gwynn Douglas Long (Liz Reynolds Long) of Timberlake, NC and Kevin Gray Long (Marquita Haire Long) of Boonville; his grandchildren, Christine Pavey, McKenzie Loflin and Johnny Loflin; and his sister Nancy Long Gentry.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin, 243 North Lee Ave., Yadkinville, NC 27055.
