He was predeceased by: his parents, Wint Swaim and Lillor Walker Swaim; his wife Eulalah Shore Swaim; and his siblings, Joanna Chambers, Jarvis Swaim and Willard Swaim.
He is survived by: his daughter Larissa Mathis (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Molly Urbina (Victor) and Noah Mathis.
