He is survived by: his mother Elouise Horne Noe; his wife Sandra Duncan Noe; his son Jeffrey David Noe (Micah); his grandchildren, Madilyn Marie Noe and Wesley Reid Noe; his brother Marty Noe (Cathy); his parents-in-law, Anderson Duncan and Mary McCormick; and his close friend Lee Deatherage.
