He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Furrow, Sr. and Peggy Furrow. He is survived by: his siblings, Emmett Furrow, Jr., Valerie Cioce (Brian) and Alyson Young (Jonathon); and also, Lynda Daugherty, Marty Dozier, Janie Estes, Eloise Furrow and Jon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and cousins, along with his mother.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Trellis Supportive Care.
