Patsy Ann Mitchell-Hudspeth Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2022, at the age of 73, Patsy Ann Mitchell-Hudspeth of Yadkinville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father C. R. Johnson; her sons, Christopher Todd Mitchell and David Landon Mitchell; and her brother Richard "Dicky" Childress. She is survived by: her husband Charles Hudspeth; her son Sammy Mitchell (Jennifer); her daughter-in-law Karen Mitchell of Boomer; and her stepson Johnny Hudspeth. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
In addition to flowers, memorial donations may be given to Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 1746 Kite Road Millers Creek, NC 28651.
