She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dixon and Margaret Hutchens Dixon; her grandchildren, Carter, Brock and Sophie Matthews; and her brother Vernon Dixon.
She is survived by: her husband William Benjamin Phillips; her daughters, Lisa Matthews (Brock) and Julie Young (Matthew); her grandchildren, Luca, Ella Matthews, Cade and Reed Young; and her brothers, Larry Dixon and Tommy Dixon.
