He is survived by: his wife Dee Dee Bowen Forrest; his children, Casey Forrest and Seth Forrest (Brooke); his grandchildren, Cayman Forrest-Pruitt, Keaton Forrest, Beckham Forrest and Easton Forrest; his brother Ronnie Forrest; his nieces, Ashley Forrest and Kendra Widner (Tony); his great-nephews, Jake, Max and Dru Widner; his close friend Ronnie Beane; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Bowen.
