He was predeceased by: his parents, Giles Driver and Lillian Hutchens Driver; his former wife Brenda Rice Driver; his stepdaughter Lisa Peavler; and his granddaughter Kayla Driver.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gordon Driver; his children, Miles Anthony Driver, Kenneth Wayne Driver (Crystal), Sandra Gordon (Joey), Joseph Driver (Carrie), Rodney Shore (Angie) and Amanda Caudle (Matt); his grandchildren, Drake, Meghan, Anna, Rian, Elizabeth, Kelsey, Marcus, Joseph Jr., Jason, Brianna, Jessica, Christopher, Jacob, Ted, Emma, Austin, Stormie, Tyler, Gracie and Skyler; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Isiah, Alex and Roman; and his siblings, Mary Lou Trivette and James Driver (Kay).
