He was predeceased by: his father Spencer Boger; his wife Mary Phillips Boger; his brother William David Boger; and his close friend Paul Whitaker. He is survived by: his children, Brandi Doub (Elton) and Seth Phillips; his great grandchildren, Aivley, Cesley and Willow; his sisters, Sandra Gaither (Jimmy) and Mary Ann Stevens (late George); his sister-in-law Midge Boger (late David); his nieces, Stephanie Brawley, Shelia Moose (Tim), Patricia Hernandez and Janet Hope (Kevin); his nephew Charlie Boger; and his granddaughters, Bella, Molly and Barbies. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
