He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Gray Dixon and Janet Elaine Phillips Dixon. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Dixon (Kelsey) and Hope Dixon; his grandchildren, Micah Gray Dixon and Katie Lynn Dixon; and his caregiver Odeana Vanhoy.
