He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Swaim and Lois G. Swaim. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Ruth Mastin, Roger Lee "Bud" Swaim and Roy Gray "Pete" Swaim; his nephews, Jody Swaim (Tonya), Keith Mastin (Lori) and Chris Mastin (Summer); his great-nephews, Devin Swaim and Matthew Mastin (Kayla Mastin); his friends, Sam, Twiggy, Shorty and Millie; and also Marty Mastin. He is also survived by his family and friends.
